Ποιος δεν γνωρίζει την Ελληνίδα Maria Menounos που είναι μία από τις πιο διάσημες παρουσιάστριες στις ΗΠΑ; Αυτό που ίσως δε γνωρίζουμε αρκετοί είναι ότι ίδια είχε πάρει μέρος σε διαγωνισμό ομορφιάς στην Αμερική, το 1996 και τότε εκπροσωπούσε τη Μασαχουσέτη.

Η εντυπωσιακή καλλονή είχε λάβει τον τίτλο της Miss Massachusetts Teen USA, ενώ είχε βγει και στο TOP15 όταν είχε λάβει μέρος στο Miss Teen USA.

One year ago I was getting a very important mri….please get your annual physicals. Please keep a health/pain journal to review with your dr annually. Please focus on your health and listen when your body makes noises. Care enough to take action. Imagine the 5 year old version of yourself. What would you say to her/him if they were having pains or symptoms? You would love him/her enough to go to the doctor. Wrap your arms around your 5 year old bc He/she is still there ?

This week I was asked a question on my podcast by @missashleydaniels -she said “what’s the one thing you would tell your 20 year old self starting out in the business”…I said if I could go back in time I would tell my younger self “not to sweat the tougher times when things were going wrong because they were actually going right.” Now for the not so deep thoughts-thinking about cutting my hair like this again! ? thoughts? Hahah

I love being outside in nature. It's like medicine for my heart, mind and soul. I breathe in all the fresh air as deep as I can. #rainbows have always been my sign that great things are coming. At first it was just a teeny splash of color-I prayed God would show me a full one & he did. 2016 was filled w/highs and lows -we all have them..from getting engaged to my partner @undergaro of 18+years on the @sternshow to my mom being diagnosed w/stage four glioblastoma. As @tonyrobbins says "life is happening for us not to us." It is truly only the dark moments that allow us to see the light. Even my worst nightmare has shown many blessings. We all approach a new year with hope & excitement..it's a great reset, we can start fresh. I go into 2017 with a mission-to help my mom get healthy & strong first & foremost , get married, start a family, take some risks & help fellow females gain further success, strength & happiness. I want a creative & free 2017, surrounding myself with like people who lift me up & see me for who I am. my mission is to be unapologetically me in 2017! I have an amazing team assembled. we are gonna do some exciting things that you wouldn't expect that I believe will benefit all- especially women. We need to lift each other up-and will. Just wait. After months & months of Ivf treatments and not feeling myself…I am happy to be able to post this picture & say I feel like me again. It takes its toll on you physically&emotionally. Hell I spent an entire episode of my @siriusxmstars show crying one day bc of it all! After a few weeks of @piyoworkout & achieving my step count of 10,000 steps a day(most days going way above that) I feel back to normal! Anyone going through Ivf knows what I'm talking about. This vacation was soo necessary & I feel blessed I was able to take it! #nofilter hahaha oh and ps this is place is heaven have I mentioned that?:)
